Justin Tinucci (Nucci Is) is an executive record producer, live producer & MD, and music marketing specialist. He has worked on artist projects that have together amassed millions of streams (Evalyn, Faime, Tayler Holder, Jamie Hannah, Duplexity, Lynnzee Fraye, Emma Holzer, memyself&vi, and Sofi Vonn to name a few). He has traveled across the US as an MD, TM, and IEM/playback engineer with artists like Taylor Holder and Duplexity, and his marketing company Key Elements Music Group is responsible for doubling/tripling/quadrupling artists’ social media followings, getting them heard and on charts, and laying out a pathway to making their projects profitable.

Jason was a full-time drummer before beginning his audio engineering and music production career in 2021, starting with monitor and front of house engineering at live shows, then promptly moving into mixing, engineering, and production within the studio environment. Since then, some of his musical and engineering credits have included: Duplexity, Simone Waddell, Evalyn, Zaryah, Jazz Funk Soul, and Faime.

Noah is a music producer, recording & mixing engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. He has contributed to numerous recording projects for independent artists and bands as a writer, engineer, and vocal coach, working closely with his clients to achieve professional and impactful results in the studio and on the stage. He has worked alongside many notable artists and industry professionals, including David Bottrill, Satellite Citi, Magdalena Bay, Marc E. Bassy, Sofi Vonn, Carter Ace, and Duplexity. With Project 38, Noah aims to provide a highly personalized and collaborative experience for those looking to create unforgettable memories on stage.

Slater is a songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, drone videographer, and filmmaker. While attending the University of Southern California, he developed his ability to manage, market, and produce for local artists, eventually graduating with a degree in Music Industry Studies from California State University, Northridge. Slater has contributed to a large variety of works, including podcasts and short film soundtracks, and also belongs to several bands and music projects.

Keyboardist and music director with a strong sense of musicality, sharpened skillset, and an ear for arrangement. Whether onstage or in the studio, behind the keyboard or programming the show from the start, Joe finds great passion in crafting an excellent and highly tailored musical experience. David is a Los Angeles–based Front of House Engineer, Monitor Engineer, and Tour Manager whose credits include Epik High, Jeff Scott Soto, Lyn Lapid, The Mission UK, Thee Sacred Souls, and Weathers. With experience spanning clubs, theaters, festivals, and arena productions, he is committed to delivering exceptional live performances through technical precision, reliability, and teamwork. Beyond the console, David has extensive experience in monitor mixing, tour management, production coordination, show advancing, RF coordination, and large-format digital console operation. He understands that exceptional live production extends far beyond the mix, ensuring every performance is executed with thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and an unwavering focus on the artist and audience experience.
